SXU to Host "Scholarly Conversations: Nurture Your Noggin" on March 28
Saint Xavier University's (SXU) School of Nursing and Health Sciences -- including Communication Sciences and Disorders, Exercise Science and Nursing -- is proud to present "Scholarly Conversation: Nurture Your Noggin". Hosted in conjunction with Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society and Alumni Relations, the event will feature a panel discussion at 7 p.m. on Traumatic Brain Injury, concussions and post-concussive syndrome. All are invited to attend and registered nurses are eligible to receive one CEU.
Before the panel discussion, attendees are invited to join for an evening of networking and light fare. There will also be opportunities to tour the School of Nursing and Health Sciences' learning spaces between 5:30 and 7 p.m., beginning in the Art Gallery (L-114). Tours will include a look at the Center for Interprofessional Health Care Simulation, the Human Performance Lab and the Ludden Speech and Language Clinic.
Admission is free but donations are welcome. Registration for attendance is required. Please submit your name -- nurses should also submit their RN license numbers -- to Alumni Relations at alumniFREESXU.
