Today, ALPFA is well-positioned to assist America's Latino owned and operated companies and Fortune 500 to recruit, retain and develop professional Latino/Hispanic talent in every sector of the U.S. and global economy. ALPFA offers consumer insight, diverse procurement, maintaining a presence with both student and professional chapters across the nation, leveraging over 81,000 members nationally and hosting over 400 total combined annual events across chapters nationally.
"We are at a pivotal point in our society where we need to empower and support our Hispanic student population more than ever," said Josh Baugh, associate director for Career Services." Bringing ALPFA to SXU provides students with a national network of Hispanic professionals to connect with as well as professional development resources to elicit career growth and the acquisition of leadership opportunities.
