Saint Xavier University's (SXU) Political Philosophy Professor Robert Shapiro recently served as an expert source during a phone interview with host Paul Lisnek of CLTV's Politics Tonight on Thursday, April 27 at 5:30 p.m. During the interview, he discussed President Donald Trump taking aim at the 9th Circuit Court that denouncing a ruling that halted the implementation of an executive order targeting sanctuary cities. Specifically, Prof. Shapiro addressed whether or not President Trump has the judicial power to target this Court.
