About the Program
The MAT program spans six semesters, including two intensive summer sessions. Candidates benefit from accelerated coursework, teaching experiences, and licensure testing, all while receiving personalized guidance from a site-based mentor/coach and a University coordinator during two years of provisional teaching.
The MAT program combines rigorous academics with real-world teaching experiences. Candidates gain hands-on practice in classroom settings while applying theory through fieldwork.
