Biography
Rania M. Sadeq, Ed.D., earned her doctorate in educational leadership and organizational change from Roosevelt University in Chicago. She also holds a master's degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Fla., and a bachelor's degree from Yarmouk University in Irbid, Jordan. Her research has explored teacher and child motivation, with a particular focus on intrinsic and extrinsic factors. Currently, Sadeq's work centers on the psychology of child play, parenting practices, and effective classroom management strategies, reflecting her commitment to fostering positive learning environments.
