Explanation of Undergraduate Student Fees
Basic Fees
- Registration: Each term, a registration fee is assessed to all students enrolled in credit and non-credit-bearing courses.
- Student Activity: Each semester, full-time undergraduate students pay a Student Activity Fee; this fee contributes to the Activity Fund which provides for major campus speakers, concerts, student organization activities, and much more. It allows students to enjoy no-cost admission to almost all campus events, which may be found on The Den and/or SXU's event calendar.
- Technology Fee: The purpose of this fee is to meet the growing technological needs of the students. The student technology fee will be used to offset the costs of IT infrastructure and services and is used for the support and improvement of student-related computing. The Technology Fee is assessed to all students attending classes for credit. The amount of the fee is determined based on enrollment status.
*Please note that all fees are mandatory and will not be refunded for any reason.
