Book Voucher Request

In order to get a book voucher, you must have financial clearance, your financial aid must be in anticipated or disbursed status and overpaying semester charges creating a credit balance.

• Book vouchers are available for request beginning 14 days before the start of the class each term or once billing is available.
• To obtain a book voucher, the student must initiate the process online in the mySXU portal under Student Forms, Authorization for Bookstore Voucher.
• The voucher can take up to 1-2 business days to be processed. You will receive two emails. The first email explains that we received your request. The second email lets you know when the book voucher is complete.
