Biography

Becca Allpow (she/her) serves as the Director of Alumni Engagement in Saint Xavier University’s University Advancement office, where she leads the University’s alumni engagement strategy. Her work includes overseeing signature alumni events, alumni stewardship initiatives, alumni communications, and digital engagement efforts designed to increase participation and foster lifelong connection to SXU. She also serves as staff liaison to the National Alumni Board.

Prior to her current role, Becca worked in University Advancement supporting the management of scholarships and grants, stewarding departmental budgets, assisting with major gift initiatives, and ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of advancement records.

Becca brings nearly a decade of experience in philanthropy. Before joining SXU, she served as Philanthropy Program Manager at Kemper, where she coordinated the Kemper Scholars Program; launched and facilitated the Read Conmigo bilingual educator grant; partnered with nonprofit organizations on corporate sponsorships and employee volunteer initiatives; and supported employee donation matching and volunteer programs. Earlier in her career, Becca worked as Education and Scholarships Manager at the Arizona Community Foundation, where she oversaw the application, awarding, and stewardship of more than $4.8 million annually across 200 scholarship funds.

Becca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Illinois State University and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Xavier University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Nick; her son, Taylor; and their dog, Toby, attending concerts, and gathering with family and friends.
