Biography

Adrian Hernandez (he/him) has been serving as the leadership development coordinator at SXU since April 2024. In his role, Hernandez is responsible for advising the Student Government Association (SGA) in their task to improve the school, and he also supports the RAs as a student life professional. Additionally, Hernandez holds responsibilities to help Student Life put on engaging events for the students.

Hernandez attended Concordia University Chicago for his undergraduate degree. Uncertain of which degree called to him more, Hernandez decided to pursue an interdisciplinary studies degree, which enabled him to combine the areas of studies from design, art and communication he enjoyed most.

Hernandez strives to set a great example for leaders across the school and hopes to help foster their leadership abilities like the mentors he had at Concordia University did for him. Hernandez firmly believes that only together, through a united front from students, staff and, faculty, can Saint Xavier University be the best it can possibly be.
