Biography

Belicia Espinal is the coordinator for the Center for Accessibility Resources at Saint Xavier University, where she has served since January 2022. In her role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, coordinates accommodated testing services, manages confidential student records and administrative processes, supervises student employees, and collaborates with faculty and campus partners to ensure students receive the accommodations and support they need to thrive. Her commitment to organization, problem-solving, and student advocacy helps foster an accessible and welcoming learning environment for all students. 

Espinal earned her Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences with a specialization in social sciences from Saint Xavier University in 2019 and her Master of Science in Exercise Science in 2026. As both an alumna and professional staff member, she is dedicated to promoting student success, advancing accessibility, and continuously improving services that enhance the educational experience for the Saint Xavier community.
