Saint Xavier University offers academic space, computer labs and meeting and reception spaces at the Chicago campus.

Andrew Conference Center offers six meeting rooms varying in size to accommodate up to 200 people. Its tastefully furnished foyer is handicap accessible and overlooks the University's award winning landscaped grounds.

Shannon Convocation and Athletic Center offers state-of-the-art amenities. The facility boasts over 85,000-square-feet with a maximum seating capacity of 3500, a glass enclosed atrium and several private meeting rooms.

Butler Reception Room offers lovely hardwood parquet flooring, various comfortably furnished conversation areas and fireplace. Several setups available to suit your particular needs. Maximum seating is 160.

Board Room offers a lovely top-floor view through its all-around windows. A conversation area located near the fireplace is comfortably furnished. Several setups available to suit your particular needs. Maximum seating is 80 banquet style or 150 lecture style.

McGuire Hall offers a beautiful stage with fixed auditorium seating, professional lighting and audio/visual equipment. Maximum seating is 247.

ADA accessible guestrooms and baths are available. Please mention any special requirements you may have when booking your conference.

Suite Style (McCarthy Hall): Our beautiful, spacious resident suites are apartment-style, and have two bedrooms with bunk bed configuration, and living room and kitchenette area. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower. Full or single accommodations are available. Price details and options are provided to you with a site proposal customized to your needs. Each suite is Internet ready. An Ethernet cable is required by each guest to access the connection. Laundry facilities are available on each floor.
