Change of Name or Address

Inform the Office of Records of a change to your name or address immediately to assure correct University mailings via email at registrarFREESXU

Please include all legal documentation of name change and a valid identification card.

To update your address or phone number, please log in to the mySXU portal, then click on "Student Tab," followed by "User Profile" and then finally "Add new address or phone number."
