Institutional Research
The Office of Institutional Research (IR) is a unit of Academic Affairs that gathers and validates information for University planning, management and assessment.
It works closely with the Office of Information Services to maintain the data infrastructure for decision and planning support. The IR Office is the institution's clearinghouse for timely and accurate reporting of enrollments, financial aid, employment and aggregate salary figures and other kinds of information mandated by federal and state regulatory agencies.
The IR Office also coordinates the annual submission of information to the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). The work of the office also includes enrollment projections, market research support, student surveys, information for grant development and standard reports for annual academic program review.
