Student-Faculty Collaborative Research Expo

The Student-Faculty Collaborative Research (SFCR) Initiative reflects Saint Xavier University's leadership commitment to excellence in teaching, learning and scholarship. This funding mechanism provides teams of faculty and students the opportunity to address meaningful research questions while enhancing student engagement and learning, expanding high-impact educational practices, supporting faculty scholarship, creating new knowledge, and contributing to the intellectual life of campus.

Each year, funding will be available on a competitive basis to expand student-faculty collaborative research in a way that appropriately recognizes and rewards faculty leaders for their extraordinary work with students outside the classroom. Funding may be used to conduct research, engage in community-based projects, conduct fieldwork, or produce the creative equivalent in the arts.
