Brian Bartelment Brian Bartelment is both a former student worker in University Relations and an alumnus of Saint Xavier University. He joined the University in 2014 as web marketing manager, where he, as part of the web development team, assists in maintaining the content management system, OU Campus. He serves the University community by reviewing content to ensure published pages and emails meet formatting and style guidelines. Bartelment also oversees the yearly updates to the scholarship directory, academic catalogs and handbooks. Additionally, he maintains newsletters and email marketing, and he directs student workers to help improve the consistency, style and accessibility for the institutional website. |

Cindy Diaz Cindy Diaz studied at Saint Xavier University for both undergraduate and graduate degrees. Since February 2014, she has worked with the University in various roles and currently serves as the manager of digital strategy. Diaz oversees the external websites and makes them effective marketing tools. She is responsible for developing and implementing web strategies relating to web page creation and design initiatives to make the websites relevant, innovative and interactive. She also manages the University's social media to create a more engaged online community. |

Michael Grimm Michael Grimm joined Saint Xavier University as a staff member in 2008. He completed his studies in mass communication and art at SXU, where he was honored with the Outstanding Art and Design Student award. Prior to joining SXU, Grimm worked on multimedia productions while freelancing for various production companies. In conjunction with working at Saint Xavier University, he continues to work as a commercial photographer and studio artist. |

Chris Hulbert Chris Hulbert has been with the SXU since 2013. In his role as a graphic designer, Hulbert is responsible for the production of internal, external and electronic communications for use by the University community for branding of the University identity and for all marketing/promotion campaigns. |

Megan Kowalski Megan Kowalski, SXU alumna, serves the University community by developing and managing the technical and programming aspects of the external website. In this position, she researches, develops, coordinates and implement enhancements to the website to support a number of priority marketing initiatives, especially those pertaining to student recruitment. |

Karen Psik Karen Psik has been with the University since 2000 when she began working with the Office of Admission. In 2005, she made the switch to University Relations where she now provides administrative support. She also provides assistance for the University Relations overall operational budget by creating quarterly budget updates; checking, processing and submitting invoices; resolving billing discrepancies; reconciling department credit cards; processing expense reports for the department; and maintaining budget related records. |

Deb Rapacz Deb Rapacz has been with Saint Xavier since 2010, serving in multiple roles as an adjunct faculty member, assistant professorial lecturer, executive director and assistant dean. Rapacz currently directs University Relations as the associate vice president for marketing and strategic communications. In this role, she is responsible for leading and managing the University's marketing, public relations, social media, website and digital activities to advance the University's mission, core values and strategic directions. Rapacz coordinates and supervises staff to develop a top-flight external relations and internal communications program and leads them in developing successful marketing and public relations efforts that enhance the image and visibility of the University. She also continues as an adjunct faculty member, teaching marketing classes at the Graham School of Management. |

Laura Richardella Laura Richardella is both a former student worker in University Relations and an alumna, having graduated in 2013. As the marketing communications manager, she is responsible for enhancing the University brand through quality online, radio, paid social media and print advertising, keyword research and campaign creations while providing support in reaching goals for University branding and recruitment and retention of students. |

Alicia Roberson Alicia Roberson began working at Saint Xavier University in 2016 as the manager of content strategy, before her current role as director of marketing and communications projects. A journalism graduate of Eastern Illinois University, Roberson began her career as a newspaper reporter, writing articles on entertainment and dining before transitioning into higher education. Prior to Saint Xavier, she served as the public relations writer at Triton College in River Grove. |

Alejandra Torres Alejandra Torres is an alumna and has been with SXU since 2002. You have seen some of her award-winning work over the years throughout the University. As a graphic designer, she is responsible for the production of internal, external and web related communications for use by the University community in student recruitment, alumni relations, fundraising, marketing, publicity and special events. She is also a professional photographer and has had her work featured in multiple publications. |

Rachel Weyer Rachel Weyer began her journey with University Relations interning as a web editor. Upon graduation, the office realized how valuable she is and that they must find a way to keep her! She then took on the position of a freelance writer and editor before she was hired on full time in May 2017. Currently, Weyer coordinates all marketing content initiatives, both internal and external, to increase awareness, understanding and engagement with the University's targeted audiences. She will author text for marketing, advertising, brochures, website content and articles for publication. |
