Production Services provides the University with a variety of multimedia production support, which includes creating marketing and recruitment videos, livestreaming commencement ceremonies and photographing.
All live-event recording and photography requests are required to be made at least two weeks in advance of your event date.
To request recording of an event, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org with a completed Video Project Proposal Form. Video project requests are prioritized based on schedule and recruitment purposes and will be considered based on the decision of the Office of University Relations.
Please keep in mind that the production process can be complex and time consuming and may require a face-to-face meeting even after submission of the proposal form, as each project is unique. Requests will be serviced in the order that they are received. Considering this, all project requests will be reviewed and are not guaranteed. Production Services reserves the right to reject a request or change the completion date due to project requirements.
Faculty or staff members must obtain signed video, photo and/or audio release forms from all recorded participants. The requestor assumes all responsibility for approvals before the request is submitted to University Relations.
