This scholarship is exclusive to students attending Joliet Junior College full-time, taking 12 or more credit hours per semester, and having earned a minimum of a 2.5 GPA. Transfer students from Joliet Junior College must have completed their associate degree and be newly admitted to Saint Xavier University for the upcoming semester to qualify. The recipient is required to enroll for a minimum of 6 credit hours in a semester at SXU.

Applicants must also complete a student information form as well as submit a personal statement (a maximum of 2 pages in length) indicating their educational and career goals and how their Joliet Junior College and Saint Xavier degrees will help them accomplish their goals. Applicants must also obtain a reference from one faculty member from Joliet Junior College prior to the application deadline.
