The program, with a concentration on organizational behavior, prepares students who have already earned associate degrees or equivalent credit hours to be agents of change and leaders in the workplace in as little as 18 months. Combining coursework, applied research and professional experience, the program equips students with the skills, knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
At the information session, representatives from the Office of Financial Aid as well as members of Saint Xavier’s faculty and staff will be on hand to answer questions and provide more information about the program, which will be offered starting fall 2007 at Saint Xavier’s Orland Park campus.
