Below are frequently asked questions (FAQs) about the Annual Golf Classic.
The event will go on, rain or shine. Depending on the forecast, we may have a rain delay. If weather conditions do not allow us to golf, we will host a brunch, hold the raffle and live auction, and if time allows, host an indoor bean bag tournament. Prizes will be awarded. Rain checks will be issued to all attendees for a weekday round of golf if weather conditions do not allow for play on the day of the tournament.
If the majority of attendees complete nine holes, we will call it a complete tournament and prizes will be awarded. Those who attend the outing will receive a rain check for a weekday round of nine holes of golf.
No, single golfers are welcome. We will group you in a foursome.
You can but it is highly recommended that you register in advance. All foursomes are assigned to specific holes to begin the day.
Absolutely. All respondents have the option to join us for dinner only. The price is $50 and entitles you to the pre-dinner reception and the option to buy raffle tickets and participate in the live auction.
It is recommended that you arrive by 3 p.m.
Golfers usually finish between 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. The reception starts at 3 p.m. Dinner is served by 4 p.m. The event concludes between 5:30 and 6 p.m.
You can, but it is recommended that you register in advance as this event tends to sell out and we want to ensure there is a place for everyone.
