O'Brien Hall
O’Brien Hall opened in Fall 2008. This building is the second residence hall built on the Chicago campus to incorporate environmentally friendly design, including a green roof. O’Brien Hall has earned LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. The mechanical room uses the most advanced technology to run the building efficiently based on its demand of water or electricity, allowing for the double lifespan of the machinery that maintains optimal comfort levels.
There are 28 suites for our residents to enjoy apartment-style living with semi-private bedroom and bath, kitchenette and furnished living areas. Laundry facilities are available on each floor.
Each suite is cable and internet ready. Each floor has laundry facilities.
