More About the New Student Induction
At the New Student Induction, students will be greeted by the President of the University, Laurie M. Joyner, Ph.D., and other members of the university community. Our featured speaker is Sister Corinne Raven, a Sister of Mercy, alum of SXU, and a pioneer in Mercy charism education and formation. During the Induction students will be presented with a Saint Xavier Medallion to symbolize their membership in the SXU community and the beginning of their academic career. The event is followed by a community reception open to all.
