Book Voucher Request
In order to get a book voucher, you must have financial clearance, be receiving excess money from financial aid and have your Cougar ID card.

Students are able to request book vouchers via CLAWS (Self-Service) on mySXU under Self Service Options. The voucher will take 2-3 business days to be processed. You will receive two emails. The first email explains that we have received your request. The second email lets you know when the book voucher is complete.

Students can also request a book voucher in the Office of the Bursar, room A-105.

A representative from the Office of the Bursar will be available at the Bookstore to process book vouchers the first week of school.
