Dr. Joyce A. Hunter has been an associate professor in the Graham School of Management for the past 13 years. Recently she has been named director of our Hospitality Management program. She earned her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with a concentration in marketing at Argosy University in Orange County, California.
Dr. Hunter's research focuses on "air rage" a form of disruptive passenger behavior on board the aircraft. She is considered one of the leading experts in this field. Her research on air rage has been cited in the New York Times and she has presented papers on the air rage phenomenon at conferences around the world. Her book, "Anger in the Air," which focus on solutions for air rage, was published by Ashgate Publishing Limited in 2009.
