Dr. Dayo Akinlade is an assistant professor in the Management Department. She currently teaches Diversity in Organizations, Human Resource Management and Strategic Human Resource Management. Her research interests are in the areas of Leadership, Creativity, Organizational Identity, Culture and Diversity, and she has written and presented research papers on these topics.
Dr. Akinlade received a Bachelor of Science at Reading University in Reading, England in 1986. Dr. Akinlade also has a Master of Science from the Imperial College of Science and Technology in London and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. Dr. Akinlade earned her Ph.D. at the University of Illinois-Chicago in Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management.
