ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Complete your bachelor's degree at the Orland Park campus in as little as 21 months and broaden your career options. Saint Xavier University's accelerated program in Organizational Development is designed for busy professionals who have either earned an associate's degree or have prior college credit and are eager to continue their education. This program enables students to complete a bachelor's degree with concentrations in generalist-organizational development, leadership in public administration and business administration. Flexible class schedules allowing you to advance in your current position or change career paths. The options are up to you.

Areas of Study

Generalist Organizational Development

This program is the study and application of knowledge about how individuals, groups and organizations act and interact. Coursework will teach team building, leadership, decision making and group communication. Students in this major learn not only about how organizations function but also about how to maximize performance within organizations.

Leadership in Public Administration

This program is an introduction to the public administration field while developing highly marketable skill sets. It provides practical, hands-on application to develop the skills needed to plan, implement and evaluate not-for-profit, government, private and public programs.
