Beginner 5K Running Program

Starts Monday, August 17, 2015

Mondays and Wednesdays
6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Meet in the Shannon Center lobby at 6:15 p.m.

Cost is $15 per person regardless of start date. Waivers and money will be collected starting on the first day of the training program. There will not be pre-registration. Just sign up and pay when you come! No refunds will be available.

This program is intended for adults 18 years of age and older. Enjoy weekly health tips provided by local sponsors. Running coaches will lead several different pace groups: beginners (walkers), intermediate (run/walk) and advanced (run).

8 Week Nutrition Weight Loss Program

This class meets every Tuesday for 8 weeks starting on Tuesday, September 15. The class is taught by Registered Dietitian, Kelly Devine Rickert, MS, RD, CSSD, LDN. All classes are held in the Shannon Center from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The cost for this class is:

SXU Students - $40
SXU Faculty/Staff - $70
SXU Alumni/Members - $80
Community - $100
