Here are some testimonials from past Nutrition Weight Loss Program participants:

"Something just clicked listening to Kelly talk about planning, reading labels and writing down what you eat. I have dieted for years and never had the success that I have had this time. I enjoyed learning recipes and planning tips that I never knew before. 2014 was a great success can't wait to take on 2015. Thanks for the great start Kelly." -Diane S.

"I have lost a total of 32 lbs. and I plan to keep on going. I don’t think I could put into proper words how much I feel I owe you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart (which hopefully is much healthier thanks to you)." -John R.

"The Devine Nutrition Class led by Kelly Devine Rickert is everything you need to start yourself on the path to healthy eating! I have taken the class twice now and both times I have lost weight. But more importantly, I now find myself making better choices when it comes to buying and preparing food, not only for myself but for my family. With all the crazy gimmicks and fads out there that cost hundreds of dollars, by far this is the most economical and smart choice you can make to a healthier lifestyle." -Laura B.

"I took your weight loss class back in September/October and want you to know that I have continued to follow your principles and have lost about 48 lbs. so far. In addition to my weight, my other health variables, such as blood pressure, triglyceride levels, pulse rate, total cholesterol and body fat percentage have gone down to normal levels. My workouts have improved and I have not been ill (with cold or flu) once this year. Thanks again. Your program works." -John G.
