The foundation modules are designed for graduate students who do not have prior undergraduate business courses. Foundation modules may be waived if the student has an undergraduate degree in business and has taken the foundation subject as part of their undergraduate curriculum.

The graduate concentration in finance is designed to provide practical graduate education in issues related to finance in various industries.
The need for financial fraud examiners is rapidly growing, largely due to new federal laws requiring auditors to take additional steps to identify fraud as well as new accounting standards regulated by the American Institute of CPAs since the Enron scandal.
Among other initiatives, the AICPA has teamed with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners to encourage colleges and universities to develop financial fraud examination programs.
Completion of the MBA financial fraud examination and management assists students in meeting the educational and testing requirements of the certified fraud examiner (CFE) certification.
The master of business administration (MBA) with a generalist/individualized concentration is designed to allow students to customize a program by choosing any four courses from the other concentrations.
The program provides practical graduate education for those who wish to enhance their careers in a specific area of business. The core MBA courses, along with a coordinated sequence of concentration courses, provide both breadth and depth in issues related to management in various industries.
The master of business administration (MBA) with a concentration in health administration is designed to provide in-depth practical graduate education for those who wish to enhance their careers in the health care industry. The core MBA courses, along with a coordinated sequence of concentration courses, provide both breadth and depth in issues related to the business of health care.
Completion of the MBA health administration concentration courses also results in receipt of the certificate in managed care. The flexible program design allows person with and without prior education in business or health care to achieve the certificate and the MBA. Saint Xavier's convenient campus locations and schedule of classes make it easier to add graduate coursework to a busy family and professional life.
The concentration of Human Resource Management is designed for students to develop their skills with today's Human Resource needs; which include: recruitment and selection, succession planning, compensation policies, and performance appraisal systems.

The concentration in management is designed to provide students with an in depth knowledge of issues and related organizational structure, personnel administration and operational productivity.
The concentration in marketing is designed to provide students with an in-depth knowledge of the marketing mix and strategic decision making in the marketing function.
Profitability Management is designed to provide structure and foundation for aspiring CFO's based on the strategic projects related to operations and marketing with a goal of cost reduction, strategic analysis and improved profitability. CFO's spend almost half their time on such projects with the CEO and other senior managers.

The concentration in project management is designed to prepare new or aspiring project managers to oversee complex projects from the initial planning stages while balancing competing demands of time, cost and quality.
The Graham School of Management’s coordinated sequence of graduate courses focuses on industry-standard processes approved by the Project Management Institute (PMI) to help successfully manage any type of project regardless of scope or industry. Students will practice these concepts in a project-based team environment. This program will also prepare students for the components of the PMI project management professional (PMP®) or certified associate project manager (CAPM®) examinations.
